We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective. Once you claim your goodies, they’re yours for keeps—no returns, no exchanges, no trade-backs with the shopkeeper! So, give your cart (and that size chart) a double-take before you hit “buy.” Thanks for making your picks with confidence and a sprinkle of shopping magic!
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We conduct thorough quality checks and are transparent about any defects. However, if your order shows up with a surprise twist—damaged or not quite right—Kindly write to us @dearmirrorco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery! Just send your order number, a video and photos of the hiccup. This will help us address the issue promptly and effectively.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please email us photos and a video of the damaged item at dearmirrorco@gmail.com for review. Once we inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
